? At the 2025 Conference on Integration and Digital Transformation held in Shenyang on December 8, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Reference Guidelines for Scenario-based and Graphical Promotion of Digital Transformation in Key Industries”. This guide focuses on 14 industries, including steel and petrochemicals, and draws up a “scenario navigation map” for the digital transformation of enterprises. The aim is to help enterprises solve the problem of “not turning, not turning right” and moving the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry from “scattered exploration” to “systematic progress.” The “scene navigation map” released this time covers 14 industries, including steel, petrochemicals, construction machinery, new energy vehicles, robotics, medical equipment, home appliances, sugar, liquor, beauty and daily chemicals, lithium batteries, printed boards, smart mobile terminals, and explosives. It covers 5 types of business activities, including R&D and design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance services, operation management, and supply chain management. It includes multiple digital transformation scenarios and cross-business collaboration scenarios, and supports a list of 4 types of digital elements of data elements, knowledge models, tool software, and talent skills. This structured design helps break through the language barriers between industrialization and digitalization, so that enterprises can “follow the map” and accurately find entry points for transformation.
