Guest Holdings (08173): Choi Yin Sheng was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Customer Holdings (08173) announced that Mr. Deng Zhanting has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee since December 5, 2025.

Choi Wan Sing was appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Mr. Wong Yan Ming was appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, with effect from December 5, 2025.

Executive Director Ms. Ye Xiaoying was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from December 5, 2025.
