Sun Cable announced that Yili Group, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by 21.67 million shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions between November 4, 2025 and February 3, 2026, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital. Before the reduction in holdings, Yili Group's shareholding ratio was 16.36%. After the holdings were reduced, the shareholding ratio fell to 13.36%. The current holdings reduction plan has been implemented. It is in line with the previously disclosed holdings reduction plan, and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers.
