Yuanda Holdings announced that Yuanda Bioagriculture, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a “Remaining Equity Transfer Agreement” with the remaining share transferor to acquire 14.8834% of Kaili Biotech's shares held by the remaining share transferor for 81.011,900 yuan. After the equity transfer is completed, Yuanda Biotech will hold 100% of Kaili Biotech's shares.
