According to Zhitong Finance App News, Xibeng Group (02473) issued an announcement. On December 5, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Xibeng Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (Hello Car Rental), signed a business cooperation agreement (this agreement) with Hangzhou Haxing Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hello Car Rental), regarding the two parties to carry out car rental business cooperation in designated cities in China under the “joint name store” model (this cooperation).

According to the agreement, Xibing Group and Hello Car Rental will plan to open and operate joint stores in the first ten cities (including Hangzhou, Hefei, Wuhan, Guiyang, Xi'an, Nanjing, Nanning, Nanchang, Changsha and Zhengzhou), and jointly invest resources to build joint stores with the brand image of “Hello Car Rental” and “Happy Encounter”, integrating online and offline resources to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Hello Car Rental is a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China. It is a car rental service platform under the leading mobile travel platform “Hello Travel” in China.
