Cinda Biotech (01801) completes global strategic partnership with Takeda Pharmaceuticals and issues 6.913,800 shares under general license

Zhitong Finance App News, Cinda Biotech (01801) issued an announcement regarding the global strategic cooperation between Cinda Biotech and Takeda Pharmaceuticals (through Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceuticals), and that all prerequisites for each licensing, option and cooperation agreement and share issuance agreement have been reached or exempted (if applicable). As a result, the licensing, option and cooperation agreement was completed, and the share issuance agreement was completed on December 4, 2025.

After the completion of the share issuance agreement, the company allotted and issued 6.913,800 shares to the subscribers, accounting for about 0.40% of the company's issued share capital after issuing the subscribed shares. The total proceeds from the allotment and issuance of subscribed shares were approximately HK$778 million (based on a subscription price of HK$112.56 per subscription share), while the net proceeds were approximately HK$777 million.
