Experts and scholars from China and South Africa should strengthen communication, actively forge a consensus on human rights development in the global South, jointly promote true multilateralism, and promote high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative to help bridge the development gap between North and South Korea, so that people of all countries can share the results of development.
