Recently, the opening ceremony of the 2025 “Artificial Intelligence +” Industrial Ecology Conference hosted by the China Internet Association was held in Beijing. Shang Bing, chairman of the China Internet Association, said that “artificial intelligence +” has been upgraded to a national strategy, and China's industry has entered a new stage of “technology foundation building, scenario empowerment, and ecological symbiosis.” He put forward three opinions: one is to consolidate the core foundation of data, computing power, and technology; the second is to focus on the main battleground of the real economy and promote the implementation of AI to see results; and the third is to jointly build an open and trustworthy ecosystem and forge collaborative development synergy. At the conference, the China Internet Association joined hands with research institutes and leading companies in the industry to jointly release the “AI Industry-Related Standard Project Plan”, including four enterprise capability assessment standards, including the “General Framework for the Comprehensive Strength Assessment of Artificial Intelligence Enterprises”; “Digital Human Product Functional Quality Rating Standard”, “Intelligent Computing Power Service Level Agreement”, and “Post-training Cost Optimization Service Capability Requirements Based on Artificial Intelligence Cloud”.
