Jieli Trading Bao (08017) was increased by 1 million shares by Chairman and Executive Director Liu Yong

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jieli Trading App (08017) announced that Mr. Liu Yong, Chairman and Executive Director, purchased 1 million shares of the Company's common shares on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$1.20 per share at a total cost of HK$1.2 million (not including related transaction fees).

Following the increase in shares, Mr. Lau is or is deemed to have an interest in the 231 million shares of the Company, which is equivalent to approximately 30.86% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement, according to section XV of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 571 of the Hong Kong Laws. Mr. Liu has indicated that he has full confidence in the company's overall development prospects and growth potential.
