The former signed the “Jilin Jinshan Investment Co., Ltd. Dashihe Molybdenum Mining Project PC General Contract” with a provisional contract price of 2.7 billion yuan with Jilin Jinshan Investment Co., Ltd. The project is located in Dunhua, Jilin, with a comprehensive treatment capacity of 15,000 t/d. It is expected to take 15 months for construction and 3 months for trial production, for a total of 18 months. The contract stipulated a mechanism for adjusting winter construction costs and prices. This contract does not constitute a particularly significant contract, and there are risks such as changes in execution progress, amount, and delays in construction period.
