Multiconsult ASA Finalizes NOK300 Million ViaNova Purchase

07:33 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Multiconsult ASA (MULTI.OL) concluded its acquisition of the ViaNova group of companies in a deal worth 300 million Norwegian kroner. The integration of ViaNova, ViaNova Trondheim, ViaNova Kristiansand, and ViaNova Eureka, which provide advisory engineering services, into the Norwegian engineering and consultancy group will start immediately, according to a Wednesday release. A letter of intent for the debt and cash-free basis transaction was signed in June.
