On December 3, local time, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology Xin Guobin and New Zealand Deputy Chief Executive Officer Syvonne Routledge co-hosted the first Sino-Singapore NEV Dialogue in Wellington. Xin Guobin said that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is willing to work with the New Zealand Ministry of Transport to implement the important agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries, give full play to their complementary advantages, tap the potential for cooperation, continue to strengthen practical cooperation in the fields of new energy vehicles, charging infrastructure, green and low carbon, and help Sino-Singapore relations achieve greater development in the new 10 years as the second decade of the Sino-Singapore comprehensive strategic partnership begins. During the new period, Xin Guobin also held talks with New Zealand Assistant Deputy Minister of Primary Industries Diana Reher and Chief Transformation Officer Jenny Cameron to have in-depth exchanges on topics such as high-quality industrial development, energy saving and carbon reduction, and agreed to promote practical cooperation between the two sides in consumer goods such as dairy products and wool textiles.
