The steelmaker recently reached a deal with a union to outsource 11,000 jobs, or 40% of its workforce, and slash production capacity, Reuters reported Wednesday. Marie Jaroni, the head of the division, said the exact cost depends on how many workers accept which offer, according to Reuters.
