The Fujian Minqing County Emergency Management Bureau reported on December 3 that at about 19:45 on December 2, a fire broke out at an abandoned hotel No. 75, Longgang Xincun, Meicheng Town, Minqing County. After the fire broke out, the main leaders of the Minqing County Committee and County Government and relevant leaders rushed to the scene as soon as possible to organize and extinguish the fire. At about 22:30, the fire was basically brought under control. Open flames were extinguished on the main body of the building, and scattered fires remained. At 0:15 on December 3, the open flames at the scene were completely extinguished. The fire covered an area of about 800 square meters, causing no injuries. Currently, the investigation of the cause of the fire and follow-up work is being carried out in an orderly manner.
