Saga Pure ASA Buys Oslo Property from Ferncliff Property

01:17 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Saga Pure ASA (SAGA.OL) said Tuesday it acquired a property in Oslo, Norway, from Ferncliff Property. The Norwegian investment company issued 100 million new shares at a subscription price of 1.35 Norwegian kroner apiece to Ferncliff in exchange for the Eilert Sundts gate 39 property, all shares in the operator Saga Hotel Oslo, and a claim against Eilert Sundtsgate 39. Saga Pure said its capital increase resulting from the share issuance is expected to be settled on Thursday.
