Quantum Base to Raise Funds via Share Placing, Retail Offer

The British quantum science company's offering of new ordinary shares will be priced at 0.21 pound apiece, according to two separate releases published on the London bourse on Tuesday. The net proceeds raised in the offerings will be used for working capital, staffing, operations, and development costs.
