The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 2, shareholders of China Financial Leasing (02312) deposited shares with DBS Bank, with a market value of HK$87.418,200, accounting for 16.67%.

China Financial Leasing announced that as of October 31, 2025, the Group's unaudited net asset value per share was approximately HK$0.41, based on the 416 million issued common shares.

Mr. Lui Cheuk-hang, the company's executive director, has proposed to resign as an executive director of the company and a member of the Investment Committee to focus on his other career development. The resignation took effect on November 20, 2025.
