EQV Ventures Changes Ticker Symbol From EQV To FTW

EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:FTW, FTW U, FTW WS)) ("EQV"), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by EQV Group, today announced that it has changed the ticker symbol of its Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from "EQV" to "FTW." In addition, the ticker symbols for its units and public warrants have changed from "EQV U" to "FTW U" and from "EQV WS" to "FTW WS," respectively. The ticker symbol changes took place at the opening of trading on Monday, November 3, 2025.
