Zinzino, Bodē Pro Sign Asset Acquisition Deal

11:38 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zinzino (ZZ-B.ST) signed an agreement to acquire rights to certain assets of health and wellness-focused direct sales company Bodē Pro for $2 million upon deal completion. The Sweden-listed nutrition and skincare company said Friday it will receive rights to the US-based group's distributor database and associated customer register, inventory, and intellectual property rights. Zinzino will pay half of the fixed purchase price in shares, while deferred and performance-based payments of up to $3.6 million worth of shares were also agreed.
