The 128-room Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville was sold for $28.5 million. T2 Hospitality acquired the hotel at 45 TPC Blvd. from Noble Investment Group. The 83,497-square-foot hotel was built in 2000 and remodeled in 2022. Noble bought it from Sawgrass Hotel Partners Ltd. for $13 million in 2021.

The 1.5-acre property is located in the renowned Ponte Vedra Beach area of Jacksonville, at the entrance to TPC Sawgrass, home of THE PLAYERS Championship and the new PGA Tour headquarters.

T2 holds more than $1 billion in assets.

Noble Investment is building an extended-stay hotel with 124 rooms in the Collins Town Center north of Costco Wholesale.

The hotel was managed by McKibbon Hospitality, which, as of 2024, managed a portfolio of at least 107 hotels, including three in the greater Jacksonville area.
