Wanchen Group announced that Fujian Mimosa Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Jinwanchen Investment Co., Ltd., Wang Zening, Zhang Haiguo, Zhou Peng, and Li Xiaoyu signed a “Share Transfer and Voting Rights Trust Agreement” on August 11, 2025. According to the agreement, Fujian Agricultural Development, Zhangzhou Jinwanchen, Wang Zening, and Zhang Haiguo plan to transfer 9.89 million shares of Fujian Wanchen Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. to Zhou Peng through an agreed transfer, accounting for 5.2714% of the total share capital of the listed company. Meanwhile, Zhou Peng and his spouse, Li Xiaoyu, delegated voting rights to Wang Zening for a total of 12.29 million shares held in listed companies after the transfer of this agreement. After the equity change is completed, Wang Zening and his co-actors will total the number of shares corresponding to the voting rights of the company at their disposal to 109 million shares, accounting for 58.0904% of the company's total share capital.
