Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ) subsidiary plans to purchase 15 A330NEO and 75 A321NEO aircraft from Airbus

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ) announced that Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited (hereinafter referred to as “AALL”), CIT Aerospace LLC, and CIT Aerospace International Unlimited Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's holding subsidiary Avolon Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Avolon”) On July 23, 2025 (Dublin time), Airbus S.A.S. (“Airbus”) signed a separate “Aircraft Procurement Contract Amendment Agreement” and related agreements to purchase 15 A330NEO and 75 A321NEO aircraft from Airbus; at the same time, Avolon's wholly-owned subsidiary has the right to purchase an additional 25 A321NEO aircraft according to the terms of the contract and obtain the purchase option of 15 A330NEO aircraft.

The aircraft procurement transaction between Avolon and Airbus was carried out according to the company's overall development strategy and in line with the actual needs of the aircraft leasing market. This transaction is conducive to increasing the company's aircraft order reserves, further enhancing the company's bargaining power, reducing the company's aircraft purchase costs, enhancing the company's competitiveness in the global aircraft leasing market, consolidating market share and brand recognition, and in line with the company's business development strategy.
