Hongte Technology (300176.SZ) plans to place no more than 4 shares for every 10 shares to raise no more than 650 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongte Technology (300176.SZ) disclosed a plan to place shares to the original shareholders. The plan is to place shares to all shareholders based on the total number of shares after the closing of the market on the allotment registration date, according to the ratio of no more than 4 shares for every 10 shares. Based on the total share capital of Hongte Technology as of December 31, 2024, the number of shares to be placed is no more than 155 million shares.

The capital raised in this allotment does not exceed RMB 650 million. After deducting the relevant issuance fees, all will be used for the Thai auto parts production base (Phase I) construction project, the Zhaoqing production base technological transformation project, the headquarters R&D center construction project, and supplementary working capital.
