The company and its board of directors are deeply grateful to Mr. Li Chunsheng for his efforts and contributions during his tenure. Mr. Li Chunsheng does not hold shares in the company. After the death of Mr. Li Chunsheng, the current board members of the company changed from 9 to 8, which is not below the legal minimum number, but lower than the number of board members stipulated in the Articles of Association. The company will add new independent directors as soon as possible and promptly announce them. Until the new independent directors are elected, the company's two independent directors, Ms. Ning Yu and Mr. Xia Chao, will temporarily perform their duties as independent directors. The company's production and operation are not affected by this.
