The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on August 7, Ai Century Group (08507) shareholders deposited their shares into Yuanku Securities, with a market value of HK$40.88 million, accounting for 70.00%.

According to the results for the year ended March 31, 2025 announced by iCentury Group, revenue of approximately HK$165 million, an increase of 38.7% over the previous year. Net profit of HK$604,000 turned a year-on-year loss into a profit. The turning of a loss into profit was mainly due to an increase in earnings during the period and a decrease in impairment losses on trade receivables, deposits and other receivables relating to a customer filing for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7 of the US Bankruptcy Code for the year ended March 31, 2024.
