Chenghui International (01094) is forecasting a net loss of approximately HK$120 million to HK$130 million year-on-year profit and loss

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chenghui International (01094) announced that the group expects to achieve a net loss of about HK$120 million to HK$130 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, compared with a net profit of about HK$800,000 for the same period in 2024. The shift from profit to loss was mainly due to intangible asset impairment losses in the current year, which were reimbursed in the same period last year; impairment losses on trade and other accounts receivable and contract assets and fair value losses on investment properties increased during the year. All such changes or losses are of a non-cash nature.
