The Baltic Sea Dry Bulk Freight Price Index fell 9 points, or 0.6%, to 1,434 points, the lowest level since June 3. The cape-type shipping price index fell 64 points, or 3.3%, to 1,894 points, the lowest level since May 28. The average daily profit of cape-type vessels fell by $537 to $15,705. The Panamanian shipping price index rose 15 points, or 1%, to 1507 points. The average daily profit of Panama-type ships rose by $141 to $13,565. The ultra-portable bulk carrier freight index rose 21 points to 1,052 points, climbing to a seven-month high.
