The Luzhou Branch of the Changzhi Public Security Bureau issued a police notice on June 14: At around 17:00 on June 13, in response to an alarm from the public, an intentional injury case occurred on the section of Hero Middle Road in Luzhou District. A man and a woman were injured at the scene. The suspect fled by car. Our bureau quickly organized a police force to dispose of and rescue the wounded, and carry out investigation of the case at the same time. Currently, the suspect, Mr. Zhou, was caught by the public security authorities at around 10 o'clock on June 14 at the Changzhi West Expressway crossing. The two wounded are being treated at the hospital. Their condition is stable and their lives are not in danger. After preliminary investigation, the case was triggered by a dispute between the suspect and the two wounded, and follow-up investigations are ongoing.
