Recently, the company received the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the China Securities Regulatory Commission)'s “Approval to Register CITIC Construction Investment Securities Co., Ltd. to Publicly Issue Science and Technology Innovation Company Bonds to Professional Investors” (Securities Regulatory License (2025) No. 1136) (hereinafter referred to as “Approval”). According to the approval, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the company's registration application to publicly issue science and technology innovation corporate bonds with a total face value of not more than RMB 8 billion to professional investors. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of approval for registration, and the company can issue science and technology innovation company bonds in installments during the registration period.
