The Tax Dispute Resolution Committee review hearing scheduled for today on our tax appeal has been postponed until May 26, 2025. The Company will publish a separate announcement when the results of the hearing are known. If the results of the Tax Dispute Resolution Committee's review hearing are unfavorable to the Group, MoEnco still has the right to appeal the Tax Dispute Resolution Committee's decision to the Administrative Court within 30 days from the date of receipt of the results of the review hearing by the Tax Dispute Resolution Committee in accordance with applicable Mongolian law.
