Lu Jin (01098): Yuan Yang was appointed as a non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lu Jin (01098) issued an announcement. The following changes have taken effect since the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

(a) Independent non-executive director Xu Shuyi was not re-elected and is no longer a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee after retiring from the annual shareholders' meeting due to the need to invest more time in other matters;

(b) Xu Enli has proposed to resign as a non-executive director due to her personal work arrangements;

(c) Yuan Yang was appointed as a non-executive director of the company;

(d) Lin Wenjuan was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the nomination committee;

and (e) Independent non-executive director Zhang Hanjie was appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.
