The final number of shares offered under the Hong Kong public offering (after redistribution) was 84.182 million shares, and the final number of shares offered under the international offering (adjusted after reallocation) was 84.182 million shares. The final sale price was HK$7.19 per share, with a net raise of approximately HK$746 million from the global sale. Each lot is 400 shares, and it is expected that the shares will start trading on the Stock Exchange on May 16, 2025 (Friday).
