Hainan Haiyao (000566.SZ) and Malaysia Elken Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement

According to reports, the partner Elken Group has built four core business segments in health products, beauty products, household products, and FMCG products. After 30 years of steady development, it has multiple branches in 12 countries and regions around the world, and its business covers various regions such as Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

According to the agreement, Hainan Haiyao will act as the exclusive agent for Elken Group's health products in mainland China and will be responsible for the promotion, sales and after-sales service of Elken Group's high-quality health products in the Chinese market. As the exclusive agent of Hainan Haiyao traditional Chinese medicine products in Malaysia, Elken Group is responsible for the promotion, sales and after-sales service of traditional Chinese medicine products from Hainan Haiyao in the Malaysian market.

The agreement will help the company lay out the big health field, enrich the company's product pipeline in the health field, promote the development of the health industry; further focus on the value of traditional Chinese medicine and help the company further develop the Southeast Asian market for traditional Chinese medicine products.
