On May 12, Hengshui Laobaigan recently held the 7th Impression·Hengshui Laobaiganjiu Cultural Festival and the 110th anniversary of winning the First Class Gold Award at the 1915 Panamanian International Exposition. On the scene, Wang Zhangang appeared and delivered a speech in his new capacity as Party Secretary and General Manager of Hebei Hengshui Laobaigan Brewery. According to official reports in April of this year, Wang Zhangang's status at the time was the general manager of Hebei Hengshui Laobaigan Brewing Co., Ltd., and party committee secretary of Hebei Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor Co., Ltd.
