TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) and Eastern Slope Rural Telephone Association (Eastern Slope Technologies/ESTech) announced they have signed a stock purchase agreement to transfer ownership of TDS' Strasburg Telephone Company to Eastern Slope Rural Telephone Association, Inc.
