This mobile oilfield measure platform was designed and constructed by CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd., and its commencement marks that the world's first offshore mobile oilfield implementation platform has entered the actual construction stage, opening up a new path for the later large-scale and efficient development of offshore oil and gas fields and activating a “new smart engine”.
