In 2024, the company achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 3,528 billion yuan, an increase of 119.14% over the previous year; net cash flow from operating activities was 4,083 billion yuan, an increase of 19.30% over the previous year.

In order to respond positively to the arrangements of the Beijing State-owned Assets Administration Commission - Municipal Management Enterprises Holding Listed Companies Symposium and contribute pioneering strength to maintaining capital market stability, the 2024 annual dividend is planned to be 1,248 billion yuan, an increase of more than 70%, a record high.

During the reporting period, in the face of the “four modernization” transformation opportunities of the industry, the company increased its efficiency in multiple dimensions and achieved steady progress in performance. In terms of lean operation, the water sector focuses on livelihood security and ecological management, the solid waste sector strengthens the core position of incineration power generation, and the atmospheric treatment business quickly establishes differentiated advantages; in terms of market collaboration, on the one hand, it strictly adheres to “high quality” standards to avoid market risks to the greatest extent, and on the other hand, promotes market-side development by incubating technology products, strengthening business collaboration, and continuing to cultivate customers; in terms of financial asset management, innovating the “stock replacement+incremental optimization” debt management strategy. The overall financing cost decreased by 38 BP year on year, the three fees decreased by 9.19% year on year, and the asset ratio continued to be optimized.
