In an interview accompanied by seven DOGE colleagues, Musk said, “This is a revolution. I think this is probably the government's biggest revolution since the initial revolution.” When asked if he has plans to stay in office after 130 days, Musk said, “I think we'll do most of the work needed to cut the $1 trillion deficit during this time.” He later added, “It seemed like an incredibly quick move by government standards, but frankly, it was slower than I wanted.”
