Asia Potassium International (000893.SZ)'s largest shareholder plans to change to Huineng Group

Zhitong Finance App News, Asia Potassium International (000893.SZ) announced that China Agricultural Production Materials Group Co., Ltd. (“Zhongnong Group”), a shareholder holding 5% or more of the company's shares, recently signed an agreement relating to share transfer matters with Huineng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Huineng Group”), which holds more than 5% of the company's shares. Zhongnong Group plans to transfer 46.226 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company (5% of the company's total share capital) to Huineng Group through an agreement transfer.

After this change in equity, the company's largest shareholder will be changed from Zhongnong Group to Huineng Group. This change in equity will not result in a change in the company's status of no controlling shareholder or actual controller.
