Chuanglian Holdings (02371) completed the issuance of a total of 135 million subscribed shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Chuanglian Holdings (02371) issued an announcement. All prerequisites under the subscription agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on November 2, 2026. A total of 135 million subscribed shares (equivalent to (i) approximately 19.62% of the total number of issued shares before completion; and (ii) approximately 16.40% of the total number of issued shares after issuance and distribution of all subscribed shares were successfully allocated and issued to the subscribers at the subscription price of HK$0.149 per subscription share.
