EPS Chuangjian Technology (03860): Guo Jian was appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App, EPS Chuangjian Technology (03860) issued an announcement. The following changes in directors, top executives, legal representatives for listing rules, and changes in the composition of the board committee will take effect from November 2, 2026:

(1) Mr. Kenichiro Washikita is no longer the Chief Executive Officer to focus on his position as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board;

(2) Mr. Izumi Miyano has proposed his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and is no longer the legal representative for listing rules and a member of the Remuneration Committee;

(3) Mr. Shoichi Mukai has proposed his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer;

(4) Ms. Du Yao has proposed to resign as Executive Director and Technical Director and is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee;

(5) Mr. Takahiro Uematsu has proposed his resignation as a non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee;

(6) Mr. Guo Jian has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee;

(7) Mr. Zhuang Xiaotong, Mr. Mao Ruifeng and Mr. Seiichi Ichise have all been appointed as executive directors;

(8) Mr. Agile Kimura has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee;

(9) Ms. Sun Zhuting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee;

(10) Mr. Kitagawa has been appointed as the legal representative for the listing rules; and

(11) Mr. Chan has been re-elected as Chairman from the Nomination Committee.
