Cenomi Centers Enters SAR825 Million Design, Build Deal for Mall Project in Saudi Arabia

(SASE:4321), d/b/a Cenomi Centers, signed a contract worth 825 million Saudi riyals to design and construct a mall and office components for the Madinah Downtown project in Saudi Arabia. The real estate developer said Sunday that the 30-month agreement with Lynx Contracting Co. covers the Al Madinah Al Munawwarah-based project's engineering, building, and commissioning, among other works. Cenomi added that the project is owned by the Public Investment Fund's Saudi Downtown Co.
