The above resignations will take effect on October 30, 2026.

The board of directors recommended the appointment of Mr. Yang Yi as the bank's executive director for the 8th board of directors. After review and approval by the board of directors, Mr. Yang Yi will serve as the chairman of the Board's Development Strategy Committee and a member of the Board's Digital Finance Committee from the date Mr. Yang Yi's qualification as an executive director is officially approved by the Tianjin Financial Supervisory Authority.

Mr. Huang Yongxin was elected as the bank's employee director after being elected by the bank's staff congress. After review and approval by the board of directors, Mr. Huang Yongxin will serve as a member of the Board Development Strategy Committee and a member of the Board's Audit Committee from the date that Mr. Huang Yongxin's qualifications as an employee director are officially approved by the Tianjin Financial Supervisory Authority.
