04:22 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norway-listed salmon farmer Kaldvik's (KLDVK.OL) lenders conditionally agreed to extend the maturity of its financing facilities to June 2030 and increase total commitments to 232 million euros, according to a Friday release. The amendments, signed with Arion Bank, DNB, Landsbankinn and Nordea, include a 15 million-euro term-loan repayment at closing, leaving 102 million euros outstanding. The revolving credit facility will increase to 130 million euros from 90 million euros, subject to borrowing-base limits, while scheduled term-loan repayments are expected to resume in March 2029. The refinancing remains subject to the company raising equity of 97 million euros in gross proceeds, generating at least 70 million euros in net cash. The company's largest shareholder, Austur, will also provide a guarantee of up to 25 million euros to support revolving-credit drawings above the borrowing base. The planned equity raise is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter.
