China Energy Construction (03996): Fang Xiaobing and Ding Wei appointed as non-executive directors

After review and approval by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, Mr. Liu Xueshi no longer serves as a non-executive director and member of the Board of Directors's Remuneration and Assessment Committee due to age. Mr. Fang Xiaobing and Mr. Ding Wei were appointed as non-executive directors.

With the approval of the Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2026, the members of the Board's Strategy Committee and Remuneration and Assessment Committee were adjusted as follows: Mr. Fang Xiaobing was appointed as a member of the Board's Strategy Committee; and Mr. Ding Wei was appointed as a member of the Board's Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Their tenure will take effect from October 29, 2026 until the end of the term of the current board of directors.
