Elite Exchange Group (01775) announced annual results. Profit attributable to shareholders of HK$17.9 million turned a year-on-year loss into a profit

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Elite Exchange Group (01775) announced its annual results for the year ended July 31, 2026. The group obtained revenue of HK$278 million, an increase of 43.9% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$17.9 million, and a loss of HK$24.4 million in the same period last year; basic profit per share was HK3.37 cents, and a final dividend of HK1.69 cents per share was planned.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is due to positive revenue growth from all major service and product projects, including providing supplementary education services in private secondary schools, operating day school education services, providing school services and supporting education services and products.
