Smart Digital Technology Group (01159): Acquisition and sale of financial products

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhishu Technology Group (01159) issued an announcement. From September 4, 2025 to February 11, 2026, the Group will acquire such funds provided by Huatai Financial, and then sold them separately on November 10, 2025 and February 11, 2026, respectively.

Following the sale and as of the date of this announcement, the Group no longer holds any unexpired wealth management products issued by Huatai Financial.

These funds are Class B Hong Kong Dollar Money Market Fund Selected by Huaxia Fund and (ii) Class B Money Market Fund Selected by Huaxia Fund, that is, wealth management products that the Group subscribed to from Huatai Financial from September 4 to November 25, 2025.
