According to Zhitong Finance App News, Qingdao Port (06198) announced that on October 29, 2026 (after the transaction time), Gusheng Holdings signed a capital increase agreement with its shareholder companies' wholly-owned subsidiaries Qinggang Logistics, Qingdao Port Hong Kong Company, and Shandong Port Group, Overseas Group, Gangxin Yida, and Trading Company. Based on this, the six shareholders plan to jointly increase Gusheng Holdings by 30 million US dollars in cash according to the current shareholding ratio. Qinggang Logistics and Qingdao Port Hong Kong Company will invest 6.6 million US dollars and 3 million US dollars respectively. Prior to the completion of this capital increase, the company indirectly held 32% of Gusheng Holdings shares through Qinggang Logistics and Qingdao Port Hong Kong Company, and its financial statements were not included in the Group's consolidated financial statements. After the capital increase was completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Gusheng Holdings remained unchanged.
According to the announcement, the capital increase mainly provides financial support for potential investment projects and business development of Gusheng Holdings, which will help the company use the Gusheng Holdings platform to improve its overseas service network, promote the expansion of the company's port service capabilities to key overseas business regions, and is in line with the company's overall strategic plan.
