Hop Sang Creative Development Group (00754) announced its 2025 results, with losses attributable to shareholders of HK$11.741 billion

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hesheng Innovation Group (00754) announced its results for the year ended December 31, 2025, with revenue of HK$17.851 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 52.8%; loss attributable to the company's equity holders of HK$11.741 billion; profit of HK$120 million for the same period last year; and basic loss of HK$3.10 per share.

The total number of properties sold under sales and pre-sale contracts in 2025 reached RMB 15.607 billion (2024: RMB 16.629 billion), including property contract sales of RMB 13.912 billion (2024: RMB 15.905 billion) and renovation contract sales of RMB 1,695 billion (2024: RMB 724 million). The decline in sales was mainly due to the decline in activity in the real estate industry and concentrated sales of existing real estate during the year.
