On October 28, the Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Intermediate People's Court of Guizhou Province publicly pronounced the bribery case of Xu Hao, former party committee secretary and chairman of Yunshang Guizhou Big Data Co., Ltd., in the first instance. Defendant Xu Hao was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months' imprisonment and a fine of RMB 1.2 million for taking bribes; the proceeds and fruits of Xu Hao's bribery were recovered and handed over to the national treasury according to law.
